This item was made by the fabric same as the Field Jacket.
The cargo pockets at sides were devided into two parts.
They are able to adjust the size of hem with spindle loop. The loops are located inside of cargo pockets.
It is possible to wear amphibiliously, because the mesh fabric is used for backside of pockets; therefore, it can drain water.
